These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and managed AI automation services provided by Odysseus AI Media (“Odysseus AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

Odysseus AI builds and fully manages done-for-you AI automation systems for home-service businesses. This may include an AI receptionist that answers missed calls, automated booking and scheduling, follow-up sequences, review requests, and back-office automation such as quoting, invoicing, and payment reminders. The specific scope of work for any client is agreed during the free strategy call.

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a strategy call or using our services, and to keep any account or access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under any credentials provided to you.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of any business information, phone numbers, calendars, and messaging content you provide or approve for use in the automation we build.

Pricing for our managed services depends on what your business actually needs and is agreed during your free strategy call. There are no long contracts; service continues on an agreed term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time as described in your service agreement. Fees for any period already paid are governed by the terms of that agreement.

We retain all rights to our methods, configurations, templates, and intellectual property used to deliver our services. You retain all rights to your business name, customer data, and content you provide. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes. Automation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your responsiveness, market conditions, and the accuracy of information you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odysseus AI Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Odysseus AI Media harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in or near Eatonton, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
